Dubrovnik FestiWine 2015. in Lazareti

The last weekend in April in Dubrovnik is reserved for wine lovers. The second edition of the regional wine festival Dubrovnik FestiWinea will last for a week, from 20 to 26 April - when during Wine Week Dubrovnik 'wine friendly' caterers offer regional

wines with great variety of authentic dishes at special prices, perfect choice to accompany the best white wine and oysters from Ston on a blind date and evaluate the wines of Dubrovnik FestiWine Trophy, and the winners will be announced at the closing night of the festival. The central event - wine exhibition, will be on April 24th and 25th in the last entrance in Lazareti, and will follow by numerous cultural events like guided tasting, pairing food and wine. All residents and their guests awaits real wine week with the best Croatian wines, our first internationally recognized wines with protected geographical origin.

This year's specialty is Dubrovnik FestiWine Gala, a special dinner of seven courses' under the wooden spoon '' Chef Tomaž Kavčić and Peter Obad, where each of the culinary delights will be blended with the appropriate wine Dubrovnik-Neretva County.
